mewshifts is designed to work primarily offline. Most data such as shift schedules, attendance records, notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

If you choose to sign in for optional cloud backup and restore features, we collect limited account information through third-party authentication providers (such as Google or Apple), including:

• Email address
• Basic profile identifier provided by the authentication service

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used only to:

• Enable secure sign-in
• Provide optional cloud backup and restore
• Maintain account-related functionality

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Local data remains on your device. Cloud backup data, when enabled, is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure and protected by authentication and access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

MEW Shifts uses trusted third-party services for authentication and cloud storage:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Supabase (authentication and cloud backup)

These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. User Control

You may use MEW Shifts without signing in. If you sign in, you can delete your account and cloud data at any time from within the app settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
